Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern any engagement between you ("Client") and S N Solutions, a sole proprietorship based in Kharar, Punjab, India ("S N Solutions", "we", "us"). By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

S N Solutions provides software development, IT consulting, and related digital services, including but not limited to CRM development, AI assistant development, booking SaaS platforms, web development, app development, and AI model training. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in a written proposal, quote, or statement of work agreed with the Client.

2. Engagement & Payments

• Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance payable per milestone or on completion, as agreed in writing.
• Payments may be made via the methods we make available, including Airwallex or PayPal, or other agreed means.
• All fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Late payments may result in a pause of work until outstanding amounts are settled.

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide timely feedback, access, content, and information reasonably required for us to deliver the agreed services. Delays caused by the Client may extend project timelines accordingly.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables (source code, designs, and related materials created specifically for the Client) transfers to the Client upon full and final payment. S N Solutions retains the right to reuse general-purpose tools, frameworks, and know-how developed independently of the Client engagement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during the engagement, and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

We perform services with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly agreed in writing, services are provided "as is" without further warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, S N Solutions' total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the services giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the relevant proposal or statement of work. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable, subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Punjab, India.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
